Bridge course (Day - 4)

 The day started with prayer. Topic of the day was A triad lifestyle.And quote of the day was “being healthy,smart and safe isn't a trend, it’s a lifestyle!”This day started with prayer and we performed yoga. This yoga session was delivered by Prof.khyati ma’am.we did many yoga steps like:


  1. Pranayam

  2. Vakrasana

  3. Bhadrasana

  4. Tadasana

  5. Trikonasana

  6. Vrikshasana

  7. savasana

Khyati ma’am also talked about the many benefits of yoga .yoga makes our body more flexible. It can improve strength,balance and flexibility. yoga helps with back pain relief. It improves posture,reduces stress and helps you to make healthier life choices.



After yoga session our next session conducted by our seniors of sem - 7. They were from the CE branch.They represented their project at ISRO.they participated in a hackathon.This team named Hexasquad-SIH-2022.



They selected in top 7 among 125 teams.It was coding competition.They shared their experience to us.their journey was not so easy.They put so many efforts for this.That team was amazing.

After that lecturer we had a dabba party.each every class student brought healthy and homemade food like,sprouts,salad,veg.sandwich etc.Then next session was “Technical session 4 - cities of the future”.this session held by Prof.akash sir.and then we watched short video based on achievements of india@75.India becoming independent day by day.India is also becoming more and more powerful.There is many big achievements india has,some of them are : 

  • White revolution

  • Blue revolution

  • Green revolution

Akshay sir told us most of the current revolution in India is happening now.we should be must proud to be indian.
